The new building will undergo a complete refurbishment and in keeping with the company’s ambition to become one of the most inclusive employers in the world, Diageo’s employees will be involved in the design of their new workspace, blending the latest in smart-working technology into an environment supportive of better collaboration for teams and partners.

Delivering a modern office campus anchored by

Ted Baker’s new Global Headquarters, a building currently known as ‘The Ugly Brown Building’ will soar to new heights of sophistication.

Bearing no resemblance to its current aesthetics, the redevelopment will see the waterside location transformed.

Set within a new public realm, the scheme will be home to the Ted HQ and a further 600,000 sq ft of office accommodation which will sit alongside new restaurants and a Ted Baker themed hotel to be completed in 2023.

The aim is to greatly enhance the building's appearance, create new routes and public spaces of the Thames Path and improve the environment facing the river.
