WPP is seeking to transform the existing building at One Southwark Bridge Road into a modern,
sustainable, high-quality office environment.
The aim is to greatly enhance the building's appearance, create new routes and public spaces of the Thames Path and improve the environment facing the river.
The goal in achieving this aim, is to ensure that the experience provided at One Southwark Bridge
Road is befitting to such a prominent location.
